Do I need a diagnosis to take this course?

Absolutely not. This course is designed for anyone who resonates with the struggles of perfectionism, self-denial, body shame, or constant striving.

What if I already have a therapist?

That’s great! Many participants choose to take the course alongside their existing therapy work. You may find that the exercises and insights here deepen your conversations in therapy and help you gain even more clarity and growth.

How much time does the course take?

The course is self-paced, so you can move through it at a rhythm that works for you. There are 8 modules, each with video guidance and journaling exercises.
Some modules may bring up strong emotions — and that’s okay. Give yourself the time and space you need to reflect and integrate.

Will this help me if I’ve never had an eating disorder?

Yes. This course is for anyone who struggles with harsh self-judgment, perfectionism, body shame, or the pressure to always “get it right.” You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve more joy, ease, and self-compassion.
